Who runs this

This website and this product are owned, operated and managed by MARVIONIS LTD, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17448588. The support address below reaches that company and a person reads every message sent to it.

What is sold

One physical product: the Pigskin Glow™ Ball, a 65 cm illuminated frosted-glass football, 30 cm at its widest, etched with the team you choose. $69.99 in US dollars. What is in the box is listed on the shipping page and on the home page, and everything listed is included in that price.

Ordering

Submitting the order form is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when the lamp is dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order we say so and refund it in full rather than substituting anything.

Payment

Payment is taken by a separate checkout provider under its own terms. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Five to eight business days within the United States, tracked. The full terms are on the shipping page.

Refunds

Ninety days from delivery, no reason required. The full terms are on the refund page, and they are the same terms stated on the home page.

Warranty

Two years on the battery, the LED core, the remote and the glass. It does not cover accidental damage, dropping, submerging the lamp, or a lamp that has been opened or modified.

It is glass

The lamp is a glass object of 65 cm. Mount it with the brackets supplied, into something that will hold it, following the printed guide in the box. Please keep that in mind about where you put it.

Independence

This is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by the National Football League or any of its clubs. Team names are used only so you can tell us which team to etch your lamp for.

The site itself

The text, images and design on this site are ours. Please do not copy them onto another store.

Which law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. That does not take away the consumer protection rights you have where you live.
