Shipping policy

Everything below is what actually happens to your order. If any of it goes differently, email support@pigskinglow.store and a person will answer you.

What ships

One Pigskin Glow™ Ball: the 65 cm frosted-glass football, etched with the team you chose at checkout, with its two matt black wall brackets, screws and anchors, the wireless remote, the USB-C cable, the fast-charge adapter, a printed mounting guide and your certificate of authenticity. The battery is already inside and charged. There is nothing else to buy.

Where we ship

Within the United States, from a US warehouse. If you are outside the United States, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you and what it would cost, rather than taking the money first.

What shipping costs

US shipping is free on orders over $50. The lamp is $69.99, so shipping is included on every order of it. There is no separate shipping charge added at checkout.

How long it takes

Five to eight business days from order to delivery. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Business days do not include weekends or US public holidays.

How it is packed

The lamp is glass, so it ships in a rigid carton built around it and braced on all six sides, through established US carriers. It leaves the warehouse padded and it is meant to arrive the same way.

If it arrives damaged

Email support@pigskinglow.store with your order number. A photograph helps but is not required. A damaged lamp is replaced or refunded in full and you are never asked to ship broken glass back to us.

If it does not arrive

If the tracking has not moved for several days, or the carrier has marked it delivered and you do not have it, email us. We will chase the carrier, and if it cannot be found we replace it or refund you.

If you gave the wrong address

Tell us as soon as you notice. If the parcel has not been dispatched we can change it. If it has, we will do what the carrier allows.
