This is a short page because this site collects very little.
The data controller is MARVIONIS LTD, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17448588. Write to support@pigskinglow.store about anything on this page.
What we collect, and only if you place an order
- Your first name.
- Your email address.
- Your shipping address and city.
- The team you chose.
- The time of the order, your IP address and your browser user agent, recorded with it.
If you do not submit the order form, none of that is stored.
Why
The name, address and team exist so the right lamp is made and sent to the right place. The email address exists so we can send you the tracking number and answer you. The IP address and user agent exist to rate limit the form so it cannot be used to send thousands of entries.
The payment
The payment itself happens on a separate checkout, not here. That provider collects what it needs to take the payment, under its own privacy policy, and it is the only party that sees your card details. No payment detail ever reaches this site.
The newsletter
Only if you type your address into the signup box. It is used for new team designs and restocks, and nothing else. Reply to any of them and you are removed.
Cookies and what your browser stores
The team you pick is kept in your own browser, under the name pigskinglow-team, so it is still selected if you come back. It stays on your device, it holds nothing but a team name, and clearing your site data removes it.
Our hosting provider’s own email tool loads one script on the site so the signup box works. We do not run Google Analytics, an advertising pixel, or any cross-site tracking of our own.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for as long as the order and the accounts that go with it require, then deleted. Ask sooner and they are deleted sooner, unless we are required to keep them.
Who else sees it
The carrier, so it can be delivered, and the payment provider, so the payment can be taken. Nobody else. Nothing is sold and nothing is rented.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
Email support@pigskinglow.store from the address you ordered with. A copy or a deletion is done within thirty days.
