A real person reads every message and answers it. Before you order, after you order, a question about the glass, a problem with the delivery, a refund : same address, same person.

What to put in it

If you have already ordered, include your order number and the email address you ordered with, so the order can be found. If something arrived damaged, a photograph helps, but send the message either way.

How long we take

We aim to answer within one business day. If something takes longer to sort out, we will tell you that rather than go quiet.

What we cannot do by email

We will never ask you for a card number, a password or a payment link by email, and you should never send one. The payment happens only at the checkout.
